H50

The H-50 and H-100 gas turbine components are based on the mature H-25 technology, but with higher turbine inlet temperatures and an advanced, two-shaft design.

The two-shaft arrangement allows the HP turbine to rotate at high speed and high compressor efficiency, while the free turbine shaft can, for example, drive a generator at a lower and constant speed. The two-shaft arrangement results in an efficient and compact design that is not only suitable for the power generation market, but also for mechanical drive applications.
