Dear Members,
Please advise if anybody came across GT engine Module 03 components failure at 12k hrs after 50k overhaul. Engine tripped on high vibration from sensor installed on 03Module. MCD picked up metal particles, which material analysis points on bearing failure. Module inspection is planned next week at RWG.
