As part of the implementation process of the EU’s next research and innovation programme Horizon Europe, the European Commission has launched an online consultation. The input received will be used to prepare a ‘Strategic Plan’ for Horizon Europe, which will then guide the work programmes and calls for proposals for Horizon Europe’s first four years (2021-2024).

ETN has drafted a response to the survey that was circulated to our members earlier this summer. The first part of the document includes the responses to the multiple-choice questionnaire, followed by the second part with open input.
