On 27 April 2010 the Annual General Assembly in Amsterdam elected the ETN Board for 2010-2011. Bernard Quoix of Total was elected President by the Board members. Bernard Quoix is currently Head of Rotating Machines Department of TOTAL Exploration and Production. He is in charge of all rotating machines for new projects as well as machines in operation throughout the world. He is the leader of the Rotating Machines Network of TOTAL Corporate Technology Group which includes all rotating equipment engineers from Exploration and Production, Refining and Petrochemicals; and he is also a member of the Texas A&M Turbomachinery Advisory Committee.
