On 25 March 2025, high-level industry leaders gathered in Bergen, Norway, for strategic discussions on accelerating the deployment of carbon capture, utilisation, and storage (CCUS) and hydrogen technologies. Organised by ETN Global, ahead of exclusive visits to Northern Lights and the Technology Centre Mongstad, world’s most advanced CCS projects, this meeting brought together key stakeholders from across the energy sector to explore solutions for scaling these technologies and achieving global net-zero targets.
The discussions emphasised the importance of cross-industry collaboration in overcoming technical, regulatory, and economic challenges. As part of this effort, ETN Global officially launched a CCUS Working Group, fostering innovation and partnerships to advance the development and implementation of these critical decarbonisation technologies.
