Albannie Cagnac from our member organisation EDF will offer her strong expertise, introduce the topic with her presentation “Nuclear landscape, a brief introduction“, and moderate the webinar. She will be accompanied by three speakers:

  • – Otakar Frýbort (Nuclear Research Institute Řež) – “Use of carbon dioxide in nuclear energy
  • – Paul Levisse (NAAREA – Nuclear Abundant Affordable Resourceful Energy for All) – “sCO2 for molten salt reactors
  • – Jack Acres (UK Atomic Energy Authority) – “Fusion Energy and the role of sCO2

This unique webinar series is created by the ETN sCO2 working group and is supported by the following projects: CARBOSOLA* (German national project), COMPASsCO2, CO2OLHEAT (coordinated by ETN), DESOLINATION, iSOP, SCARABEUS, sCO2-Efekt (Czech national project), sCO2-4-NPP, and SOLARSCO2OL.
