- Independent Vendors / Service Providers: Independent vendors and service providers can only attend by sponsoring the event and receiving an invitation from the user group’s Steering Committee. Sponsorships have been now fully occupied for the LM2500 User Group Meeting 2026. ETN Global’s LM2500 User Group Meeting will take place at the brand-new Aker BP office complex, which is located seaside near the leaning tower in Jåttåvågen.
Jåttåvågen is a modern, redeveloped waterfront district in Stavanger, Norway, representing the transformation of a former industrial area into a vibrant mixed-use urban space. The area combines residential housing, corporate offices, retail facilities, and leisure amenities.
Home to several major companies such as Aker BP, Jåttåvågen is a key business hub in the region. The district has been designed with a strong focus on sustainability, featuring green mobility solutions and excellent connectivity, while offering direct proximity to Stavanger’s scenic fjord.

Participants can benefit from a special rate negotiated with Thon Hotels for the event. The rate includes breakfast and offers free cancellation until 16:00 on the day of arrival. Please note that arrivals after 16:00 require the first night to be prepaid to guarantee the reservation. All guests aged 18 and over must present valid identification at check-in. This offer is valid until 8 June.

- User & technical Sessions – discussions among users (and service providers/suppliers) on current top-priority topics.
- GE Aerospace/Baker Hughes/AeroAlliance JV sessions – Special session(s) about the latest developments & upgrades and technical discussions about high-priority topics.
