Frame 5-6B-7E-9E User Group Meeting 2026
ETN Global’s Frame 5, 6B, 7E & 9E User Group Meeting will be held on 17-19 February 2026. BASF will host the event at their facilities in Ludwigshafen, Germany.
Registration information for
- End-Users: Registration will open on 10 November, 2025. You can ensure you receive the registration opening email by subscribing to the ETN Global Frame 5, 6B, 7E & 9E User Group Meeting mailing list here (only for end-users).
- Independent Vendors / Service Providers: Independent vendors and service providers can only attend by sponsoring the event and receiving an invitation from the user group’s Steering Committee. To be considered, you must register your interest within the specified timeframe. If you would like to receive the registration of interest opening email, subscribe to the Frame 5, 6B, 7E & 9E User Group Meeting mailing list here.
- 1 September – 17 October*: Submission of registration of interest.
- 30 October**: The Steering Committee will review all sponsorship registrations of interest and extend invitations to sponsor the event. You will receive the full sponsorship package upon invitation.

*After 17 October, sponsorship requests may be restricted and not fully considered.
**Only independent vendors and service providers who receive an invitation will be eligible to attend and sponsor the conference.
BASF will host the event at their facilities in Ludwigshafen, Germany. Specifically, the historic Feierabendhaus will serve as the venue for attendees. You can learn more about the building’s history here.

A list of recommended hotels will be provided upon Frame 5, 6B, 7E & 9E User Group Meeting registrations on 10 November.
The three-day event will include:
- Day 1: User & technical Sessions – discussions among users (and service providers/suppliers) on current top-priority topics.
- Day 2: Service Providers and Independent Vendors Sessions – tailored presentations to address the user community needs.
- Day 3: Baker Hughes (OEM) Sessions – Special session(s) about the latest developments & upgrades and technical discussions about high-priority topics.
- An exhibition area on day 1 and 2 & networking opportunities throughout the three days.
