Eighth episode of ETN Global webinar series – R&D Activities on sCO2 in Europe: ISOP project

ETN Global is happy to present the eighth episode of its successful webinar series “R&D Activities on sCO2 in Europe“, this time on the Horizon Europe ISOP (“Innovation in Supercritical CO2 Power generation systems”) project.

Save the date of Thursday 13 February @ 14h00 – 16h00 CET!

David Sánchez of the University of Seville, the project coordinator, will open the session and introduce the ISOP project. He will be followed by four speakers, delivering presentations on the technical work packages: 

  • – Giacomo Persico (Politecnico di Milano) – “System integration
  • – Lorenzo Cosi (Baker Hughes) – “System operation, transient performance and control
  • – Abdulnaser Sayma (Brunel University of London) – “Component innovations, turbomachinery and heat exchangers
  • – Fátima Montemor (Instituto Superior Técnico) – “Materials and manufacturing

The Q&A session will be moderated by the projects’ Doctoral Candidates – Giovanny López Muñoz and Mohammed Alnajjar.

This unique webinar series is created by the ETN sCO2 working group and is supported by the following projects: CARBOSOLA* (German national project), COMPASsCO2, CO2OLHEAT (coordinated by ETN Global), DESOLINATION, iSOP, SCARABEUS, sCO2-Efekt (Czech national project), sCO2-4-NPP, and SOLARSCO2OL.
